OUR VISION

is to equip Christians to evangelize the lost and support/encourage the local church pastor and his/her congregation and community. We do this via short-term mission trips that make a long-term difference in your life and the lives of others. Through partnerships with in-country churches and selected ministries, our trip participants share the Gospel and disciple new believers by seeking out those whose hearts the Holy Spirit has prepared to hear and accept the Gospel of Jesus Christ. And in this endeavor, we seek to expand the relationship of each mission team member with Jesus so that their lives will be fulfilled as God has planned.

OUR MISSION

Isaiah 6:8 Ministries purpose is to Glorify God, proclaim The Gospel of Jesus Christ to the world and follow God’s calling to go into the world to share the Good News of the Gospel.

Revelation 4:11 “You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being.”

God’s Instruction. Jesus makes it very clear in His Great Commission commandment that we “Go into all the world and proclaim the Gospel to the whole creation” and “Make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.”  1 Samuel 15:20  And Saul said to Samuel, “I have obeyed the voice of the Lord. I have gone on the mission on which the Lord sent me.

  • Mark 16:15  And he said to them, “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation

  • Matthew 28:19  “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit”

Responsive Love.  The scripture Mark 16:15 is a commandment from Jesus.  His words were not a suggestion or a request but were His commandment for action. It is first a response to Gospel:  the loving Father who sought us, adopted us, and invites us to live as His sons and daughters (Ps 127:3; Mt 19: 13-14; Mk 10:16; 1 Jn 2: 14).

Romans 12:9 Let love be genuine. Abhor what is evil; hold fast to what is good.

2 Corinthians 5:14  For the love of Christ controls us, because we have concluded this: that one has died for all, therefore all have died;

Galatians 2:20  I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me

Ephesians 5:2  And walk in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.

Psalm 139:13 For you formed my inward parts: you knitted me together in my mother's womb.

Jeremiah 1:5  “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you,
and before you were born I consecrated you;”

Commitment to the Whole Child. To meet only spiritual or only physical needs of a child is incomplete (1 Jn 3:17; Jms 2:16).  Christian love seeks to address both.  Even a cup of water given to quench the momentary thirst of a child is of eternal value (Mt 10:42). So, just as in the ministry of Jesus, we should always hold together the meeting of physical need with the Gospel and our hope that every child will know God’s love deeply and personally.

1 John 3:17  Now, suppose a person has enough to live on and notices another believer in need.  How can God’s love be in that person if he does not bother to help the other believer?

James 2:16  and one of you tells that person, “God be with you!  Stay warm, and make sure you eat enough.”  If you do not provide for that person’s physical needs, what good does it do?

Mt 10:42  I can guarantee this truth:  “Whoever gives any of my humble followers a cup of cold water because that person is my disciple will certainly never lose his reward.”
